ReploidsA Reploid is a robot with complete free will and thoughts comparable to that of humans. It was reserved for robots whose design was taken from the original Mega Man X design but throughout the series it has been extended to cover any robot with similar thoughts and feelings as humans. Some fans of the series use it outsideof Megaman setting to refer to any robot that has the capability to think and make decisions for itself. In 20XX, robots that resembled Megaman were not entirely capable of free will. Reploids do not posses structure in their AI, giving them totally free will to same extent as human beings. This however has lead Reploids becoming criminals. A Reploid's body is a copy of the human body much like android body. Most Reploids choose to enhance themselves through other ways such as enhanced leg parts. Being a maverick hunter requires things for combat. Reploid growth is unpredictable.Maverick Hunters usually arecan lift in the around several thousand pounds, while civilian and normal Reploids are somewhat weaker. They are like robots in 20XX they can be resurrected once dead. It is also unknown if Reploid is conscious or not after being brought back. Also Sigma controlled the Souls of the dead to bring them back against X and Zero after their defeats. |
